CANCELLATIONS: All reservations require a 25% deposit of the total amount of the booking which is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. If a customer cancels a reservation within 72 hours of the date and time of the scheduled service, except for airport service which has a 4 hour cancellation policy, the customer will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled service.
OVERTIME POLICY: Pickup time is defined as when the limousine is scheduled to arrive or arrives for a pickup. Drop off is defined as when the limousine is cleared to depart the final drop. Overtime will be charged for any time that is not scheduled and is billed in ½ hour increments rounded up to the next ½ hour.
5 Starcular Limousine abides by all state and federal laws concerning the use of illicit drugs and also the consumption of alcohol by minors. IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW: "The consumption of any alcoholic beverage is unlawful, and no alcoholic beverages may be transported in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, if ANY PASSENGERS IS UNDER THE AGE OF 21." If there are minor passengers, all alcoholic beverages must be carried in the vehicle's trunk, and if during the course of the ride, any minor is found to be, or to have been, consuming any alcoholic beverage, the contract will be TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND, and passenger(s) will be brought back to the origin of the ride as long as the conditions are safe for the chauffeur.
5 Starcular Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as weather, road or traffic conditions (Acts of God), or mechanical breakdowns. The chauffeur has the right to TERMINATE SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND, FOR ANY FORM OF PHYSICAL OR VERBAL ABUSE.
If a passenger gets sick in the interior of the limousine, a $750 cleaning fee will be charged to the client's credit card. If a passenger gets sick on the exterior of the limousine, a $150 clean up fee will be charged to the client's credit card. In either case, service may be terminated immediately, and without refund.
Any broken or stolen glassware will result in a $20 per glass fee charge and a $50 decanter charge. If there is any damage or excessive cleaning, i.e. crackers, chips, food particles, frosting, gum, etc. from ANY PASSENGER, it will be the responsibility of he client to pay for the repair to new condition, or to the satisfaction of 5 Starcular Limousine, at a cost of no less than $50, and possibly more depending on the severity of the damage. Damage costs will be determined by 5 Starcular Limousine after appropriate professional quotes are obtained. Client may be responsible for any lost revenue of the said vehicle if the vehicle is “downed” due to excessive damage and repair time.
There is NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the limousine at any time. If there are any burns or other damage that is the result of smoking, the client must pay the appropriate amount to replace to as new condition, and pay any additional costs such as lost revenue for a downed vehicle that may result. Costs will be determined by 5 Starcular Limousine Management accordingly.
5 Starcular Limousine is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles that are left in the limousine passenger compartment or limousine trunk.
WARNING: Client understands and agrees that 5 Starcular Limousine shall not be liable or held responsible for any BREAKDOWNS DUE TO EXTREMELY HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS, INSUFFICIENT OR LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING, VEHICLE OVERHEATING, OR ANY OTHER RELATED MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNS OF THE VEHICLE.
Rental Agreement must be reviewed and signed by the client, then returned either by email, fax, mail or in person at least 72 hours prior to service. Rental Agreement is valid if emailed back to 5 Starcular Limousine as per time and date stamped by computer. If fax or email is unavailable client agrees that all policies contained herein are binding and applicable verbally by reservations agent. |
